*** JUST A WARNING TO ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. NOT ONLY DO THEY LIE TO YOU ABOUT THE DELIVERY TIMES JUST TO GET YOU TO ORDER YOUR CABINETS, THEY TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEES TERRIBLY - THEY WAITED UNTIL YESTERDAY MORNING(12/20) TO TELL THE CUSTOMER CARE TEAM THAT WE WILL NO LONGER HAVE JOBS AS OF 6PM(PACIFIC TIME) TODAY 12/21.

RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS. THIS WAS THE DECISION OF THE CEO, JERRY BURDOCK AND IT IS ALL BECAUSE HE IS PLAYING FAVORITES WITH THE EMPLOYEES THAT RELOCATED TO TENNESSEE AND THE ONES WHO DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE CALIFORNIA ARE BEING PUNISHED BY LOSING THEIR JOBS 4 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS. I never had a good experience to share on this company, after the Branch got your payment they don't care after, and if there's something wrong about the delivery they will mislead you and gives you a lot of hopes till you found out they sell even its out of stock,.and then when you follow up, and starting to get pissed they are rude and shows no interest to you at all!!! Good luck to wait for two months with incomplete cabinet and deliver your cabinet little by little...just sayin, bad nightmares of my life!

I have been 3 weeks with a torn up kitchen. DO NOT BUY from cabinets to go!

They are the worse. As a customer, I have had the worst experience and will be filing a lawsuit against them.

I had a client of mine buy cabinets for remodeling her kitchen and laundry room I was working on in March 2018, it was a quite an experience, but Jerry Burdock the President and Mike a District manager am guessing fixed the issue in a blink of an eye. Jerry is such a personable, humble, respectful and easy to talk to man with integrity.

What he said to me in regards to having the issue resolved was done immediately and my client got her cabinets within a week. Thanks Jerry you're AWESOME!

I baught cabinets from them 2017 December and the measurements they took were wrong the cabinets got here a week later than they said and I'm still waiting for my handles for cabinets and they keep giving me the run around they are the worst poeple to do business with never buy cabinets from these poeple

I have no comment on his experience with this company, simply the fact that he is obvious an uneducated individual by his deplorable spelling (baught is bought) and his lack of understanding on use punctuation. His post is one long run on, dim witted, sentence.

Hello former CTG employee and anyone interested.

I too am a former Cabinets To Go employee who left on my own accord and the report listed above is perfectly accurate.

That said, I understand this company's model.

It is the same at WalMart. This company's owner and CEO understand those who buy Cabinets To Go are buying because they want CHEAP. So you the customer sacrifice any sort of follow-up care because you want cheap. Yep, you the customer do not care the cabinets are made in China - because you want cheap, you the customer do not care if Americans have jobs because you want cheap!

You the customer do not care if the employees are treated terribly because you want cheap. Well, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!

As far as the employees. Well the treatment is abominable.

Employees are paid minimum wage (because they can be paid any less). There are no merit raises.

Obviously, it wasn't the best timing to let anyone go, but to better support our customers, this was a decision that had to be made.

I left a phone message with Mr. Burdock regarding the many complaints I have as a recent customer of their company to see if he is true to his word to assist his customers in need.

I will post a follow up of his actions or lack there of.

As stated above I contacted the President and CEO, Jerry Burdock of Cabinets to go and I am happy and honestly surprised to report that he returned my call within thirty minutes.

I explained the issues I was having with my order and he said he would get it taken care of.

Thirty minutes after that I received a call from the Customer Care Manager and he immediately placed an order for my missing items which were shipped and received the next day.

The Money I was overcharged on my order was refunded to me the following week as promised.

Thank you for honoring your word above and taking care of my issues Jerry.

I greatly appreciate it.
