Purchased from Il. location in June 2016.
Was a complete night mare from the start. We should have ran. We drove 3 hours to this location. Cabinets were to be delivered per Fed Ex.
Which we paid $400 plus for delivery. They were sent to the store. After several phone calls later they were delivered to us by a van without a lift gate almost 2 weeks later. Had been told several different dates for arrival.
Trim was on back order, which we were never told about. Trim arrived 5 weeks later broken. Have purchased trim else where. Called customer service, have to leave a message.
Calls from them nothing resolved. String you along.
Terrible company. Run Run
