Cabinets To Go - Beyond horrible experience.
I just emailed the CEO. I could write a book of complaints from ordering cabinets from CTG.
Besides issues with the order, broken pieces, and mishandling of my debit card number, I have literally been yelled at and disrespected by the store manager. Iโm still waiting on cabinets from my order placed on Dec 26th. As far as the cabinets themselves go, assembling has been a nightmare. Pieces arrived broken and are on backorder with no delivery date available.
I have never been so disappointed with a company in my life. I did receive an apology from the store manager but after this huge investment and over a month with no kitchen...and no end in sight...I feel like all I can do is warn other consumers to stay far far away.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Get everything in writing. The store in Lorton, Virginia will lie to you just to get a sale.
They charge you $99 to measure and promise to credit you back that money if you purchase cabinets.
I was also charged $250 to hook up sink and faucet but later learned that since the company is not a licensed plumbing contractor they shouldn't have charged me that. Still waiting for a credit.
They SUCK. Don't buy ANYTHING at Cabinets to Go.
This month makes a year that I made the mistake of dealing with Cabinets to Go. Love the style, quality of my cabinets.
Installation, was a nightmare. Mistakes, damaged to cabinets, molding and trim, covered by putty and paint. Once you since the Order of Completion, regardless of what they promise to come back and take care of, it's over!!! Do not sign.
You have to fight tooth and nail to get it corrected. Since March, have been waiting for a Lazy Sysan door and two cabinet drawer replacements! Even contacted Regional Manager and my Customer Case rep. No reply!!!!
Thank God, documented and photographed all issues. Going to send a packaged to CEO, President and Vice President so they realize what their clients are dealing with. Thank God, three friends/relatives, who loved my kitchen layout, asked me to help them with their future kitchen designs and I steered them far from Cabinets to Go. Love the look of my cabinets, but all the rest was a nightmare.
Now, after almost a year of wiping them down, finding more places that were damaged and filled with putty and paint to disquise the damage. I am filing complaings with all the Consumer Protection Agencies that I can in the state of Florida.
Hi, We are going through a nightmare as well. Do you know what the CEO name and email address is?
If you can provide it for me, it would be great. Thank you,
Suggestion: Also go the State Attorney General and file a complaint!..They then investigate the business in that state. You do NOT want the Attorney General of the State coming after a business.
That is VERY BAD for the business! ..From what you say, this business is selling "Damaged goods" as NEW; but selling but not advising customers they are "damaged"!..That is against the law as misrepresentation of the business and product!..GOOD LUCK!!..Also going to your Local TV Station does a GREAT Deal of good, as that can damage future business!!
This is a nationwide issue. I am in PA and have so many issues with this company.
They simply do not care and it has to be coming from upper management not individual stores. I would live to see a class action lawsuit against this company.
I am having the worst experience of my life with CTG can you please share the CEOs email. I would love to make him aware of my issues. Thank you
The issue with poor service seems to be quite frequent among the Cabinets To Go Customer Care customers considering 24 Cabinets To Go Customer Care reviews on the PissedConsumer website. Customers are not satisfied with delays and availability of products either.
