About 4 years ago I purchased a double sink bathroom vanity from Cabinets to go. The plumbing to install it is a nightmare. I have done other bathrooms before and never experienced a vanity that has to be plumbed or installed in this manner. I finally was able to get it to work, but had to modify the top 2 drawers. Purchased from Il. location in June 2016. Was a complete night mare from the start. We should have ran. We drove 3 hours to this location. Cabinets were to be delivered per Fed Ex. Which we paid $400 plus for delivery. They were sent to the store. After several phone calls later they were delivered to us by a van without a lift gate almost 2 weeks later. Where you ever able to get your return. I am going through something similar now. Bought a new cabinet they just started selling. Got everything home. First they lost my design layout. Second as we started opening the boxes - 6 of them - all 6 items were damaged with (scratches or the wood was warped). There solution we could continue to open the boxes and just return all of the damaged cabinets for new ones. At this point its a joke...100% of... Read more

Hartford, tool over 2 months to get the cabinets for a pretty simple straight forward kitchen, had typical upper and lower cabinets, and ordered one Blind cabinet and lazy Susan, once I had them took additional 2 months to get the "Special cabinets" damaged parts and or missing directions, and then the directions were either not provided or wrong. customer service is a joke. so the money you save going back to the big box, will be worth it... Mistakes happen, but I have seen they take care of it. What a quality product for dirt cheap price.. Don't be misleaded by negative reviews. You check it out yourself. I do not have complain with the company who can perform and deliver. Their new stores look great, like an Apple Store version in Cabinet industry. We checked out lot of places including Home Depot and Lowes, but no one were able to come close to what Cabinets To Go offered. Kudos... Read more

Started to put kitchen together and I realized I was missing a cabinet. Returned to store and sales person said it just came in on today's truck. There was no mention that I would be short a cabinet when I picked up my order . My second complaint and most glaring were the terrible direction and the unmarked cabinet pieces. This company is terrible. I spent over $10,000 on our cabinets. They sent me damaged cabinets back in Oct 2015 and I've had numerous calls for them to fix it and they still haven't done it yet. We are currently in Aug 2016 (its been 10 months) and they keep sending me the wrong cabinets. I have to babysit this on a weekly basis. I spoke with Rosylyn from the CA office and she is lost. Do not do business with Cabinets To Go. They blame their horrible damaged products on oh, we changed distributors but when asked to return their many damaged products they want a 25 percent restocking fee. It can't even be utilized. Their regional manager does not have any interaction with the customers, never returns phone calls, and has a hissy fit like a child when everything is their fault. I would not recommend cabinets to go,we bought cabinets from a store that was in the process of closing down (we did not know) and have been chasing our cabinets ever since.I should have paid with a credit card,at least I could have gotten my money back.
