I am ready to file a civil action lawsuit against them for defective cabinets and latent defects. Our cabinets were ordered back in June 2016. I also had bad experience and ripped off...Cabinets to go delivery guy named Herman Hernandez (dont use him for anything) charged 200 to put cabinets together. Then his side hustle is installing the cabinets for $2000.00 that werent nailed into the studs properly. He claimed he would get me granite countertops for $2400.00. Store #322 /Richmond Virginia and Cabinets To Go Customer Care. Although they say they strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction "Customer Care" made promises to resolve my issues and get back with me before close of business today --- which they did not. I started a kitchen in October 2015 with the Victoria Ivory cabinets from Cabinets to Go (CTB). From the onset, there was an issue beginning with the installation of the first anchor cabinet, which was damaged. This delayed my install more than 2 weeks. I am surprised at these reviews. I ordered my cabinets and within 3 weeks I received my complete order. I did have a damage cabinet but received the part within 7 business days. I went to the Schaumburg location. I worked with the manager who was very knowledgeable and helped answer my questions about installation. Bought cabinets from them at their Sterling Heights Michigan store over three months ago and got the wrong size counter top, no end caps, no hardware, and the wrong size doors. Still waiting. Followed up on several occasions with the store (Brian is a liar) and Rosemary Mejia at the national service center. About 4 years ago I purchased a double sink bathroom vanity from Cabinets to go. The plumbing to install it is a nightmare. I have done other bathrooms before and never experienced a vanity that has to be plumbed or installed in this manner. I finally was able to get it to work, but had to modify the top 2 drawers. Purchased from Il. location in June 2016. Was a complete night mare from the start. We should have ran. We drove 3 hours to this location. Cabinets were to be delivered per Fed Ex. Which we paid $400 plus for delivery. They were sent to the store. After several phone calls later they were delivered to us by a van without a lift gate almost 2 weeks later. Where you ever able to get your return. I am going through something similar now. Bought a new cabinet they just started selling. Got everything home. First they lost my design layout. Second as we started opening the boxes - 6 of them - all 6 items were damaged with (scratches or the wood was warped). There solution we could continue to open the boxes and just return all of the damaged cabinets for new ones. At this point its a joke...100% of... Read more
