Horrible. Just Horrible. Ordered cabinets 2/22/16 They were supposed to be in no later than 3/30. We told them when we ordered them that that week we needed them in. We were told that would be fine and to expect them on the 30th or before. They didnt arrive until 4/8th. Meanwhile, my contractor waited patiently and lost money because of this job. After visiting the store and leaving a contact information sheet, we had to call the store rep back after a five day wait to get the process started. Placed the order in March 2016, only to find that the wrong cabinet was ordered and clearly didn't fit in my kitchen space. Also another base cabinet was not properly measured. That took two weeks. Finally got order in, but two of the cabinets did not come in. Had to wait another two weeks. What should have been a 2.5 week project, took almost a month. Then the contractor that was sent out... I placed an order for a SoHO Cabinet from the Cabinets to Go website to add to my kitchen I completed last year. It's pictured as a solid maple transitional style of door. When I received my order, it was a completely "re-designed" style of door that was no where near the weight or quality of the older one or the one advertised on their site. I understand that over time things change and get re-designed; however they are still advertising this specific product and accepting orders! We just finished installing our third kitchen purchased from Cabinets to Go and everything was great. I have never had the problems that are mentioned in these reviews. I will admit the first kitchen we purchased 2 years ago for a house we flipped were delayed a few days yet so was the flooring, the plumbing and the landscaping. We have never remodeled a house that everything was there at scheduled time. I find the people at Cabinets to Go to be friendly and knowledgeable and very straight forward. The absolutely worst cabinet company ever. Sent first order of cabinets which were the wrong finish from ordered. Second Order arrived and it appear a kindergartner class assembled them in a back yard sand box. Those were returned. NOW.............I'm only receiving a $3100 credit and Cabinets To Go....kept $1900 for Restocking Fees. That's criminal. I had a GREAT experience with Cabinets To Go. I purchased the Rope style cabinets. Out of 30 cabinets I had one that was damaged. Called the store, who told me to call the 1800 number. Made a claim and received the damaged one in 11 days. Everything from walking in to the showroom, designing the kitchen, making the purchase and getting delivery was beyond my expectations. I will say to make sure you do your research. I installed the kitchen myself with the help of a carpenter friend without him I would have been a little lost. Overall... Read more

Went to the Cabinets to go in Monroeville Jan 16th. Spoke to the sales person told him we would call him Monday to let him know if we where going with them. Called him never returned call had to call him on Tuesday to tell him we where going with their company. Sent the check noticed that it hasn't been cashed by the end of January. My husband called the salesman gave him a story they where having a problem with the accounting. Called back today2/12/16 because our cabinets where to be in, my husband was told we never put a deposit down.... Read more

Things were wrong, missing and we received parts we didn't order. Store and Corporate customer service basically said too bad because we had signed for the unopened boxes when we picked them up. Cabinet doors hit the walls and the microwave. But when I called the designer, she informed me that we must have done something wrong during installation. She went on to say that their display cabinets only opened 90 degrees and did not hit walls or cabinets next to them. So I got in my car and went to the store to see for myself. Guess what, their...
